NISSAN CEFIRO
Nissan Cefiro was the name of an elegant and attractive mid-sized sedan car produced for the luxury executive driving journey experience. It provided a true captivating appeal to customers with its tremendous long-wheel base appearance. The Spanish term Cefiro has a meaning of breeze. It provided a fast-paced smooth flow drive for the travelers.
The 1st Generation was introduced by the name of A31 in September 1988. It was a four-door eye-catching sedan car based on a front engine, rear-wheel with an option of 4-wheel drive layout design structure.
This sporty and youthful trendy premium class sedan possessed some of the similar features such as engine, rear suspension, and fuel transmission with F31 Leopard, R32 Skyline, and the C33 Laurel. It was also added with some redesigned features such as projector beam headlights, electrically adjustable seats, steering wheel mounted radio controls, and a Nissan proprietary 4WD System.
The initial generation model was equipped with a varied choice of power train engine performance. It included 2.5 liters gasoline fuel capacity with 2.8 liters of turbocharged diesel I6 engine. It was powered by 5-speed automatic and a 5-speed manual gear transmission.
The second generation was launched as A32 in August 1994 and continued till 1999. It provided a much enhanced and appealing larger sedan version for customers. The 5-door station wagon model was also introduced in the same year.
The Nissan Teana J31 and presently J32 are the alternate replacement models of the older Cefiro version which discontinued in 2012.
