HONDA PRELUDE

Honda Prelude was an actionable and remarkable sports coupe sedan car produced for the enjoyable and pleasurable driving journey experience. The term prelude defined its meaning as a preceding piece of action before any significant event. It had been specifically designed to stand above the competition with Toyota Celica, Mitsubishi Eclipse, and the Nissan Silvia.

This smart and innovative coupe sedan car was initially introduced on the 24th November 1978. It was a 2-door designed coupe with a front engine, front wheel drive layout structure. It was offered with a power train engine capacity of 1602 cubic centimeters with another better option of 1751 cc gasoline fuel engine. It was powered by 5-speed manual as well as dual options of 2-speed and 3-speed automatic transmission. It was the first only Honda model offered with a standard power moon roof. It was also available with a sliding metal sunroof. The features were added as power steering, speedometer, and a tachometer. The AM/FM radio, intermittent wipers, tinted glass, and the branded Connolly leather seat covers tremendously enhanced the value and demand.

This Urban city coupe sedan consisted of five consecutive generations. The fifth generation was launched on the 7th November 1996. It was offered with the 16-inches alloy wheel rims, 11.1 inches front brake, rear windscreen, and the sleek square body structure. The popular trim grade packages include XI, SI, SIR, SIR S Specific, Type S, Base, Type SH, SE, 2.0 I, 2.2 VTI, SI, VTI-R, and ATTS. The fifth generation was ended in October 2001.

It also introduced some of the convertibles such as Prelude Cabriolet Tropic Conversion model for customers.
